These games are played with a 52-card deck - there is no joker - composed of four suits: spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs. Ironically, to become the standard, you have to be the opposite: stand out among the rest. It actually enables playing card artists to try to create what could potentially be labeled as the standard design for a Joker - among other goals.
The Joker’s lack of a traditional design isn’t a bad thing. Also called a “boat,” a full house is when your five-card hand is made up of three of a kind plus a pair. There are few hands that can beat a flush - one that does is a full house.
